Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations and change of use from a single detached house to a single detached house with secondary suite in the basement, and to convert the rear porch to its original and replace the existing basement doors with a new entry door. No change on the main and second floor. This permit is to legitimize the WWOP in the basement suite area only Notes: -Plumbing permit required -Electrical permit required. Verification of the construction will be required. -Address to comply with Part 1 of the VBBL - The building is sprinklered - Any work close to or on a sprinkler requires a sprinkler permit - No sleeping quarters permitted in the existing hobby room on the basement level. - Construction access to be from the rear lane and rear yard - no heavy machinery or storage of materials or equipment is permitted under the canopy drip line of existing on-site trees, and that the owner and contractor are responsible for the tree care during this project.
