Occupant load of Brewery & Restaurant with Office = Max 137 Persons (Existing Building including all staff) Occupant load of private outdoor patio = Max 163 Persons Total Occupant Load for the entire premises = Max 332 persons (137 persons inside + 163 private patio seats + 32 seats under SA-2024-00118) The addition is considered as a self-contained volumetric space as per VBBL 11.2.1.5. (Refer to the operational letter and architectural drawing A-1.05.) - Door hardware including the new patio gates shall comply with VBBL 3.8.3.6.(4). - The seating at the beer garden outside of the property line with Max 45 persons is under SA-2022-00159 by summer patio program. - This patio must not be covered at any time without a separate building permit.
