Certified Professional Program - New Building - To develop a 6-storey mixed use building containing 68 secured market rental units on Levels 2 to 6, with two CRUs on Level 1, all over 2 levels of underground parking, with vehicular access off the lane. This is a CP Process Permit and the applicant is Tavis McAuley, Architect AIBC, CP NOTES 1. This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on March 1, 2025. 2. Radio Antenna System is required. 3. One 2-hour commercial kitchen exhaust pre-shaft to the roof is provided for CRU #1 only. Owner assumes the responsibility of informing all future restaurant and retail food tenants of CRU #2 that they may be required to upgrade the unit with a kitchen exhaust system that complies with the Vancouver Building Bylaw and all applicable City regulations. 4.
