- Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a 6-storey mixed-use building consisting of: 1st storey - 5 retail CRU's (shell only) 2nd to 6th storeys - 100 dwelling units; Amenity Rooms on Level 2 Rooftop - outdoor amenity all over 2 levels of underground parking accessed from W 2nd Av. Notes: 1. This permit has been reviewed under the provisions of VBBL 2019. 2. A radio antenna system is required. 3. The building is divided by a firewall to permit combustible construction above the 1st storey. 4. Design area of the floor areas above the basement shall be twice the design area otherwise permitted by NFPA 13 per Sentence 3.2.6.1.(2). 5. Only two CRUs may be used as restaurants at any given time, due to limited vertical kitchen exhaust shafts in the building. 6. Pre-shaft: Two 2-hour vertical shafts are proposed from the ceilings of CRUs #1 and #4 to the roof. The ductwork and exhaust fans will be installed by the future tenant.
