Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to renovate the principal dwelling on the main and upper floor of this existing multiple conversion dwelling (with a Secondary Suite in the basement) on this site. The scope include: - Remove interior stairs to the attic space from the upper floor, add a hatch to the attic space - validate the rear cover over the rear deck - remove the roof deck over the front covered porch and replace with roof. - exterior windows/doors changes. - reconfiguring of interior walls, new fixtures, finishes and architectural millwork throughout. Mar 6/25 Structural Sch B: Tim Stockton (604-228-0518) Building is Sprinklered see SP401631 Contractor and Owner are responsible for protecting street trees and private trees that are protected under The Protection of Tree Bylaw (if there are any) in proximity to any work per City of Vancouver Protection of Trees Bylaw and tree protection standards; all landscaping/ street trees impacted by construction work to be made good (equal or better). No tree removals (private trees that are protected under the Protection of Trees Bylaw) are approved with this permit. Any necessary pruning of trees to be done by an ISA certified arborist, if required wit this permit. No heavy machinery or storage of materials or equipment permitted under the canopy dripline or within Critical Root Zone, whichever greater, of existing trees (street trees or private trees that are protected under the Protection of Trees Bylaw). No construction allowed within the Critical Root Zone of existing trees (street trees or private trees that are protected under the Protection of Trees Bylaw).
