Building Review Branch Notes: 1) Total proposed Occupant load is 28 seats + 7 staffs = 35 Persons. 2) A permanent sign indicating the above proposed occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous location near the suite's principal entrance. 3) Separate permit will be required for any changes to the interior seating. 4) Separate permit is required for outdoor patio seating.
