Building Review Branch Notes: - For Retail Unit at 1274 Granville St, refer to OC419868. - F2, S3, N3, A3, & E4 upgrades are required. For N3 upgrades outlined N3 Upgrade Report dated on Mar 30, 2022 should be done. - Kitchens in the dwelling units shall comply with VBBL 3.8.5.6. - All new work shall conform to VBBL 3.1.5 Noncombustible Construction. - Pre-wire for strobe lights required by Sentence 3.2.4.19.(6) shall be provided in the dwelling units.
