Scope of work includes: - Replace all original stucco cladding (excluding existing rain screened areas); - Replace all windows, sliding doors, patio doors (2) and skylights; - Overcoat balcony liquid-applied membrane; - Replace sloped and flat roofs; - Repair concrete chimney caps, seal, and complete local brick repairs; - Adding 2” of insulation at the north elevation only; - Install new perforated aluminum soffits; - Supply and install new vinyl fencing. Notes: 1. Existing window, door, and skylight openings to remain the same sizes. 2. No interior or electrical work proposed. 3.
