L1: Parking, bike storage, residential & commercial garbage rooms. L2: Residential lobby, Restaurants, loading bays. L3: Open to below. L4: Dwelling units, amenity. L5 to 23: Dwelling units. L24: Amenity. This is a CP Process Permit and the applicant is Tavis McAuley, Architect AIBC, CP NOTES 1. This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on July 1, 2025. 2. Radio Antenna System is required. 3. A 2 hour pre-shaft to the roof has NOT been provided for the ground floor (Level 2) restaurants. Rough-in for kitchen exhaust termination will be provided for all units. Owner assumes the responsibility of informing all future restaurant and retail food tenants that they will be required to upgrade the CRU with a kitchen exhaust system that complies with the Vancouver Building Bylaw and all applicable City regulations.
