Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. To DBI: Please advise if the proposed rear deck should count towards FSR. Proposed deck is over 2% the 8% maximum FSR but is said to be below 2' above grade. And, also please confirm on site if the existing mechanical unit in the attic is acceptable. This permit was reviewed under VBBL 2025
