The operator of the bed and breakfast, Hong Li (Also known as Crystal Li), must reside within the principal dwelling unit. 4. A maximum of two bedrooms accommodating a maximum of four bed and breakfast guests may be permitted. 5. The Bed and breakfast accommodation shall not be permitted coincidentally with the keeping of boarders and lodgers. 6. Approved smoke alarms are required: (a) in every sleeping room in the dwelling; (b) in the common corridor of every storey or floor level, even if no sleeping accommodation is provided on that storey or floor level.
