These recommendations include but are not limited to: implementing the avoidance measures identified in the Archaeological Zoning Overlay document (dated September 11, 2025); ensuring all excavated sediments containing cultural material remain on site; and adhering to all mitigation measures and monitoring requirements for demolition and construction as specified in the HCA alteration permit 2026 0026 methods. The issuance of this permit is subject to the conditions, methods, and requirements of HCA Alteration Permit 2026 0026, MIB 2024 187 AIA, SNAIP 24 0208, TWN 24318 24274, and SHIP 2024
