This is a CP Process Permit and the applicant is David Ho, P.Eng., CP. NOTES 1. This permit has been reviewed under the 2019 Vancouver Building By-law (#12511) with amendments effective on July 1, 2025 2. Radio Antenna System is required. 3. A 2 hour pre-shaft to the roof has NOT been provided for the CRUs.
