These recommendations include but are not limited to: implementing the avoidance measures identified in the Archaeological Zoning Overlay document (dated September 11, 2025); ensuring all excavated sediments containing cultural material remain on site; and adhering to all mitigation measures and monitoring requirements for demolition and construction as specified in the HCA alteration permit 2026 0026 methods.
