- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #900 - 9th Floor Interior alterations to demolish all interior walls from this existing office space on the 9th floor (#900) and put the unit back into base building structure in this existing commercial building on this site. Scope: Demolish entire suite, remove all walls, flooring, door frames, existing t-bar and finishes. Construct new walls, doors for two toilet rooms, electrical, plumbing & sprinkler work to suit. Separate permit required for future tenant improvements. REVISION #1: To keep the existing ceiling (T-bar and drywall), the lighting fixtures (with some relocation to ensure uniform lighting), the existing diffusers (with relocation and balancing as required) and mechanical work. See Letter of Change for detailed scope. - Sept 14/23 - LLL REVISION #2: Remove existing T-bar grid, ceiling tile, lighting, sprinkler heads, exit signs. Install new light fixtures, spray paint opening ceiling and mechanical ducts and sprinkler lines.
