- High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - #190-1st and 2nd storeys combined *REASSIGNED TO BRB-BARRIE SMITH SEPT.2019* Interior alterations only to this "shell" space to provide tenant improvements to the ancillary office area only (a portion of the 1st and all of the 2nd storey) in this existing Wholesale-Class A use at unit #190 in this existing industrial building. Scope of work includes demolishing a portion of the existing partition wall on the 1st storey to suit new layout, provision of a 1 hour rated enclosure to the stair accessing a "suite" at the 2nd storey, a non-commercial kitchen , two washrooms, ancillary offices and support spaces, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler work. ** This application has been reviewed under the 2014 VBBL ** REVISION #1: Add a racking plan to be used for storage of dried goods (food) in this existing Wholesale-Class A with ancillary office tenant space at unit #190. REJECTED BY DBI ADRAIN CASHATO AND FORWARDED TO BUILDING REVIEW BRANCH. REVISION #3 (Apr. 12, 2021. B. Smith): Effective March 20, 2020 Yuan (Charles) Yao, P. Eng., has withdrawn as electrical Engineer of record and that role has been taken on by Emmanuel Mendiola, P. Eng., of TKD Electrical, and Mr. Mendiola has provided his Schedule B plus a Sept. 10, 2020 list of change sot the electrical plans that are now signed and sealed by Mr. Mendiola. The ownership of this suite has changed and a the proposed tenant has also changed to Scarab Digital Studios Incorporated. A new Schedule E-1 has bene provided as has a new Schedule A. The contractor will now be G3 Construction Group (License 21-111353). Interior changes include new lower floor 1 hr rated wall beside exit stair, and, double doors to rear office, 2nd floor new counter w/sink, and, full height glazed wall at meeting room.
