Scope of work includes validating garage enclosure. Building envelope air sealing required. OK for field review as per Eun Jeon, June 1, 2017 Note: 1. Secondary suite for the life of the building approved under DB307283 but no plans on file. 2. No energuide report is required for the removal of unauthorized walls only as per Tim Ng, June 8, 2017. Addressing note: #1-605 E 47th Av - south east portion of 1st storey, 2nd storey (principal dwelling unit) #2-605 E 47th Av - remainder of 1st storey (secondary suite) Address has been assigned per the approved plans as the access to the secondary suite is from the front common entry. This access must be provided & maintained at all times; the address must be posted to be easily visible from the street; AND posted by the suite entry in accordance with the Building By-law upon final inspection.
