Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to convert this one family dwelling into Multiple Dwelling Conversion (One Family Dwelling with Secondary Suite) building on this site. Exterior work to create a new front door, new windows to basement level bedrooms and close off rear door. Scope of work: remove kitchen from upper floor, new layout for lower floor, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new utility/mechanical closet, energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the Vancouver Building By-law. Building envelope air sealing and upgrading attic insulation are required.
