Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to convert this one family dwelling into Multiple Dwelling Conversion (One Family Dwelling with Secondary Suite) building on this site. Exterior work to create a new front door, new windows to basement level bedrooms and close off rear door. Scope of work: remove kitchen from upper floor, new layout for lower floor, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new utility/mechanical closet, energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the Vancouver Building By-law. Building envelope air sealing and upgrading attic insulation are required. Applicant is advised to keep receipts for all work done for energy upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the Vancouver Building By-law.
