- Bathroom and kitchen renovation ADDED JUNE 3, 2025: Current service is 200A / single phase. Decommission current service. Install: 2 single 200A meter bases (A and B) side by side on exterior wall; 2 service masts to feed new meter bases overhead from BC Hydro transformer; 1 common point of attachment 6m above grade on mast; 1 plate ground electrode and ground each new meter base at neutral using #6 cu conductor. Bond each meter base housing by looping ground conductor through neutral ground lug. From meter A feed existing 200A panel in newly created suite with 3/0 TECK cable. Install new 200A panel in main house and feed from meter B using 250kcmil ACWU cable. Bond each service feeder armoured cable on meter side using bonding bushing. Remove bonding strap in each 200A panel and bond each panel housing using bare conductor of feeder cables. Separate existing wiring so the 2 newly created dwelling units is electrically independent
