- Description
- We supplied and installed a single axis tilt TV mount. The building is a concrete/metal frame building and instead of standard lag bolts to mount a tv, I used snap toggle bolts which i drilled through and mounted through the metal studs above the fireplace. I installed a receptacle above the Fireplace and this was fed from the receptacle to the left of the fireplace. I used BX cable to run up through the wall and cut a channel in the drywall to feed the wire through the metal studs. I changed the existing receptacle to an AFCI to protect the new receptacle. I made sure the BX was safely away from the fireplace flue I installed a passthrough for HDMI cables from the cabinet to the left of the fireplace to behind the new tv mount to hide the cables for the DVD and cable box
