- Customers current house load is over 200 amps on a 125 amp service. Replace 125 amp panel with 150 amp panel. Run new exterior conduit and conductors from existing duplex meter base to main panel. Remove most b/b heat. Install EV charger on load saver. Supply and install wiring for 40 amp Heat pump including; Disconnect, whip, surge protector, wire and breaker. After work, load will be 137 amps. Total combined with carriage house will be 186.5amps
