- nstall the 1000w forced air heater in his garage. I started the job by confirming the location and stencilling out the dimensions of the hole I need to cut above the panel for the heater to sit. I then open the panel and install the two pole 15 amp breaker for the heater to work off of. I then cut out the hole for my heater And fished wire between the panel and my heater location. Then I had to remove some staples and rework some wiring to provide clearance around the heater as I did not want any wiring touching the heater. Once the wiring was reworked so no wires would contact the heater by fitted the heater into the hole and secured it with screws. I then wired the heater utilizing a built-in thermostat for control
