- Phase 1 of complete Fire Alarm system upgrade at Gordreau Apts. Same job as 129, but 131 and 135 are connected by a decommissioned pool and share 1 fire alarm system. Old 3 wire Pac Pro system. Removing old panel and replacing with new FACP and Annunciator. Running new 3/4" EMT conduit system for 16 new horns, annunciator and EOL's in common area hallways. Pulling in all new 18/5 FTP rated FA cable and terminating new devices (horns only). Re purposing old initiating circuit and old devices and tying in to new panel and re-verify. Re using existing 120V circuit for FACP. Long term intention is to seperate these buildings into 2 different systems with independent FACP's and annunciators (Phase 2). But for now we are just piping in new horns and replacing panels
