- Re-wire the 30AMP 250V circuit for the deep fryer to operate as a split 15AMP circuit for the new deep fryers. Circuit is tied in with the fire suppression to kill power to deep fryer split receptacle in case of a fire. Replaced the DP 30AM bolt on breaker with a DP 15AMP bolt on breaker
