Proposed work includes new universal toilet room, modification of the existing fire alarm, and structural upgrades. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. This is a time limited, temporary arts and culture indoor event expiring June 30th, 2021. 2. Fire detection device and connection required at the basement level. 3. Refer to operational plan for proposed occupant load. Maximum 60 persons per structural review and comments.
