All dwelling units have separate exterior entrances. 3. Entire building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13R requirements. 4. Entire building is fully upgraded per VBBL 11.4.7.1 to meet F4, S4, N4, A4. 5. All new windows, doors, and skylights shall conform to AAMA/WDMA/CSA101/I.S.2/A440, NAFS. 6. Reviewed under VBBL 2019 REV#1 1. Adding setback dimensions on site plan & floor plans. REV#2 - June 12th, 2025 Related to BP-2023-04511 & DP-2025-00278 1. The interior layouts in both the main house and the infill house have been altered. 2. The window on the south side of the main house has been removed on both the basement and main floor. 3. Skylights have been removed from both the main house and the infill house. 4.
