Structural work includes: columns, beams and temporary shoring. OK for field review as per Jamie Zhang, Nov. 30, 2020. Revision #1 (R. Foster) issued June 25, 2021 - reinforce beam to support roof framing, install a rooftop A/C unit, bathroom ceiling fan vent, relocate range hood vent; box vent for roof deck. OK for Revision per H. Chow, POD, Karen (KG). No DP required for split system unit on roof as per S. Erichsen on April 6, 2021.
