Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Heritage Alteration Permit Exterior alterations at 6 POWELL ST for building facade repairs to the north and west elevations of this existing Vancouver Heritage Register Municipally Designated commercial building on this site. “1) Rehabilitation of the building by way of exterior repairs and alterations to the north and west facades, including the existing brick and stucco walls, window hoods and lower cornice, and removal of neon signs and awnings. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the combined Development and Building Permit Number DB-2025-03555, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this combined Development and Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Furthermore, Heritage staff have the following Conditions of Approval: 1.
