Scope of work is to add an extra layer of GWB to suite side as per small suite upgrade of VBBL 2019 only. **Note: No changes to tenant/ kitchen equipment permitted under this permit** Ok for change of use to restaurant, outright use no change in parking OK for Field Review as per C. Fong Nov 19, 2020. Class-2 Cooking Operation. A metal sign shall be securely mounted to the front of the type II hood indicating: “COOKING CAUSING GREASE-LADEN VAPOURS IS NOT ALLOWED. EXHAUST SYSTEM IS DESIGNED FOR STEAM AND HEAT REMOVAL ONLY.” Schedule B Architectural submitted per Pierre Guimond, AIBC, 604-318-5897 Building Not Sprinklered – No sprinkler permit required. Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Scheduled Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1.(i) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) Note: Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage.
