The upper 4 levels as service platforms do not contribute to building height; refer to a revision to EQ400422 & AL-2023-00192. Scope of work: - To demolish the existing receiving shed & replace it with a new larger 1 storey and mezzanine receiving shed. - To place pile foundations for a future 2-storey building, containing ground plus mezzanine workshop (manufacturing) with ancillary office at 2 nd level as proposed per DP-2017-01147 & DP-2019-00614. Stages Issued: 08-Mar-2019- Stage I - Demolition, Excavation, & Foundations 24-Jan-2020- Stage II - Structural for the West Receiving shed 15-July-2021- Stage III - West Receiving Shed - Perimeter Roofing and Cladding only. 19-Dec-2022- Stage IV - Full construction of the receiving shed and to remove the roof between Gridlines AA to JJ & Gridlines 16 to 17 permitted under Stage III. BP REVISIONS issued: 10-May-2023 - BP R1 To replace the bird screen walls with metal cladding panel along Crompton St. To install metal cladding panel on south-east corner of the new receiving shed. 31-Aug-2023 -BP R2 to replace the remaining bird screen on walls with metal cladding on locations as specified in a letter by Architect dated Aug. 25, 2023. 21-Aug -2025 -BP R3 The building height changed from 3-storey to 2-storey plus 4 service platforms (refer to AL-2023-00192) to allow application of construction requirements of Article 3.2.2.68. of the VBBL2014. Project description updated. Addition of a roof to the reminder of the west tanks. Updated Code Compliance drawings and Code Report on file. Change of RPR: effective July 4th, 2025 Farshid Borjian-Borojeny, P.Eng. assumed responsibilities for Registered Professional on Record for Structural.
