Parking pad at rear changed to parallel parking (1 Space) , impermeability updated 2. Keep Stair in original location , no structural change 3. Remove Window on main floor living room, remove window in ensuite bathroom second floor and add window in staircase, all on East Elevation 4. Second floor, flip the layout of the main bathroom 5. Second floor, shift the Ensuite bathroom and laundry towards the existing stairs , due to stair remaining in same location 6. Revise some material on the exterior cladding, Adding Hardi and Board and Batten to rear elevation 7. Remove window on rear elevation WIC, update windows in Master Bedroom 8. add sprinkler to this building
