High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations to remove the existing solar panels and replace with 25 new PVT on the flat roof of this existing Municipally Designated Heritage Building occupied as a Seniors Supportive Housing on this site. Existing solar panel structure I-beams to remain and be reused for new PVT panels. Approved scope of work includes: 1)\tExterior alterations to remove the existing solar panels on the roof top and replace with new PVT in this existing Seniors Supportive Housing building on this site. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by permit DB-2026-00747 including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under Heritage By-law 4837. This Development and Building Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Furthermore, Heritage staff have the following Conditions of Approval: 1.
