A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. - DBI to determine on site if Schedule B, Structural, is required. - This permit is for alterations as shown in plans only. Any unauthorized work on this site, existing or otherwise, is neither recognized nor approved and may be subject to enforcement action. - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows so that the interior of the premises is visible at all times from the sidewalk Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing).
