Work to include new cladding, windows, roof membrane balcony repair. Notes: 1. No interior work proposed. 2. No interior electrical work proposed. Only exterior electrical work to walkway lighting is proposed. 3. No interior mechanical or plumbing work proposed. Only exterior mechanical and plumbing to additional roof drains proposed. 4. Add make-up air units to roof of B1, B2 to replace existing MUA units refer to A1.11, A4.17, S7, S9, M000, M100, M101, M200, E-001 ,E002, E101,E102. 2. The trees that previously were to be demolished will be retained (originally to be removed) as the membrane over the underground parking will be retained. Revised tree retention plan was previously submitted by Arbourtech Consulting 10276 Rev 3 dated Aug. 29, 2024 3. Remove from the scope of work the landscaping in the main courtyard, patios, planters, fences and new pavers. A4.14 and A4.15 sheets are deleted. 4. Delete Roof Types - R1c R1d, R1e and R4a and retain the existing roofing membrane.
