Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations at Dunsmuir St and Hamilton St to provide improvements to the landscaping and to replace a failed waterproof membrane beneath the plaza protecting Level 1 of the existing School - (A2) (Vancouver Community College) "Heritage A Primary" building on this site. Scope of work includes: demolish - planters, retaining walls, drainage system, pavers, building strip adjacent to sidewalks. Build new planters, install new pavers, footings, slab, building strip and trench system. New landscaping and new plaza lighting. No interior alterations permitted under this permit. Note: Landscape drawings are included with approved drawings and are complete with grading and planting plan superseding landscape drawings previously approved by Development Permit.
