(Electrical Permit will be required for this scope). 3)\tRemove window separating commercial storage room and parkade. 4)\tBathtub in the commercial storage is to be removed and permanently cap off any discontinued domestic water pipes and drainage pipes. 5)\tLoading area within parkade is expanded as the Commercial Storage has been removed. 6)\tTo validate layout changes within the Commercial Storage and Mechanical room area in the basement.
