Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to remove an unauthorized dwelling unit and to restore the unit to a mechanical room and commercial storage at 4760 Main Street in the basement of this existing 2 storey plus basement mixed use building on site. Scope of work includes: 1)\tRemoval of all upper cabinets. Okay to keep sink and lower cabinets. 2)\tRemoval of range and range hood up to the supply breaker. (Electrical Permit will be required for this scope). 3)\tRemove window separating commercial storage room and parkade. 4)\tBathtub in the commercial storage is to be removed and permanently cap off any discontinued domestic water pipes and drainage pipes. 5)\tLoading area within parkade is expanded as the Commercial Storage has been removed. 6)\tTo validate layout changes within the Commercial Storage and Mechanical room area in the basement.
