Letter of assurance submitted: -Sch B/D: Lucio Picciano, AIBC, 778.889.6849 Scope of work includes: Main Floor 1) Relocation of laundry room. 2) New floor & wall finishes throughout. 3) Removal of bulkheads from existing family room and den 4) New plumbing fixtures in Bath 2 and Ensuite. 5) New lighting throughout, retention of various lighting. 6) Bedrooms are relocated to main floor. Upper Floor 1) New plumbing fixtures in Bath. 2) Relocation of kitchen plumbing fixtures / gas stove & millwork / casework. 3) Removal of bedrooms and Ensuite. 4) New lighting throughout. 5) Vaulted ceiling. North Elevation 1) Replace upper floor windows with enlarged windows that follow vaulted ceiling shape. 2) Enlarge Main floor window. South Elevation 1) Enlarge upper floor kitchen window. 2) Replace lower floor family room window with glass French doors. 3) Remove exterior door on the Main floor. 4) Enlarge and add door from new proposed office space and guest room. Revision #1 to 1.Change the location of the Utility room from Main Floor to Upper Floor. 2.Remove the balcony on the Upper Floor. 3.Proposed patio door and window on the Upper Floor change to a window 4.Change in windows sizes as noted on South and North elevations 5.Change in Bathroom 1 size Revision #2 to perform Engineer's review Revision #3 to 1. A4.03 - roof assembly updated to include spray foam insulation 2. A8.01 - roof detail at existing wall updated to include spray foam insulation 3. A8.01 - added spray foam detail at pot lights
