- To construct interior alterations to a Single Detached House (Basement development, NOT to be used as an additional Dwelling). I likely mistakenly thought I'd need an HVAC technician as I'm installing ventilation in my downstairs bathroom. I was unaware that electricians or general contractors can do this. I've hired an electrician so I may not need the HVAC permit that I applied for. Can you please advise?
