Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #3 To alter the interior of this existing Retail Store (limited food service) unit in this existing mixed use one-storey commercial and residential building to provide improvements for the existing tenant. The existing interior partition wall to be removed in the prep. area and cap off ex. hand sink / ex. shower only. A prep area door to be relocated. Tenant: Taiwanese Breakfast(Meow Kitchen Limited)-Chiang Chia Fan Ok for field review as per Aemelia P - Apr 26, 2023 Revision #1 -Discrepancy between the proposed drawing and existing storage wall and door direction is Corrected. -No value added to the current project value. Notes: - This kitchen is accepted as a Class 5 Cooking Operation. Sign to be posted "Cooking causing grease-laden vapours is not allowed. Exhaust system is designed for steam and heat removal only." - Grease laden vapour shall not be generated in this tenant space. Note that if type of cooking changes and if complaints are received by the Health Department, such as mold from too much moisture, over-heating in the work environment, objectionable odours, or build up of grease or smoke residue, the owner or manager is responsible to make the required corrections, such as menu change or applying for a new building permit to comply with the appropriate Class of Cooking Operation. - No more than 16 seats of any kind whether inside or outside are provided in the establishment. - Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage.
