Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 1450 Blanca Street Interior alterations to the Pool House at the rear of the property. Scope of work to be done in the pool house: 1) Propose new millwork in the Garage. 2) Replace existing bathroom 2 door. 3) Propose new plumbing fixtures in bathrooms 1 and 2. (re&re) NOTE: NO GROUND DISTURBANCE - any ground disturbance may be in contravention to the Heritage Conservation Act and will require appropriate permits and clearances from the Provincial Archaeology Branch, First Nations and the City of Vancouver.
