- The Waverley Inn has been leased to the Province by our company Grafton Developments. The Province has retained the YWCA to be the operator. Change of Land Use for the Waverley Inn from Inn to shared housing. Currently, the Waverley has an existing kitchen on the lower level. The YWCA and Province would like us to renovate the kitchen making it newer and larger. It will be in the same location.
