These are arranged in a group of 6 individual buildings that function as one. Each building is a single room. 3 of the buildings #1,3,4 are connected. Building #5 has a second floor. This permit application is for BLDGs 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. We were instructed to submit one grade alteration permit for the entire site. Reference permit (2022-00345) Please also reference Permit (BPCOM-2021-16574) for the other component of the Nordic Spa, (Treehouse) This building will house reception, change rooms and washrooms, a fitness room, and a multi purpose room.
