- Scope of Work: PBM got the contract to remove and dispose interior walls and cabinetry and floors as shown on demolition plan. Then level subfloor for new finish floors. Blocking, strapping ceiling to same height and fixing insulation / vapor barrier where it had been exposed. Then hang drywall. After that the customer wants to deal with floor install and painting, finish work themselves. ( At this point we are assuming that the walls are not load bearing. If we open up and find a load bearing wall, we will get an LVL beam designed or engineered as always. )
