- Stillwell Brewing Co - We've rented a 5500sf space at 3670 Kempt Rd, a slab-on-grade, pre-engineered building. There is another business in the same building as us, Rebel Ride cycling gym, who are about to complete their build-out. On our side, work will be relatively minimal in terms of renovation: demo will be the removal of a few interior walls (shown on our Architect's demo drawing), the installation of a trench drain in our main production area, floor sealing, then the installation of our brewing and packaging equipment. There is a retail area at the front of the building, too, but it doesn't require renovation; we'll likely just paint and decorate that space.
