- To construct interior alterations (The basement was built with main house by the builder and basement permit was obtained by the builder. Later we Installed electric stove and hood fan in the basement. We also installed Air Conditioner on main floor. Now we found out that we need permit for installing electic stove, hood fan and air conditioner and the contractor did not pull permit. We want to pull permit to regularize the already done work., NOT to be used as an additional Dwelling).
