Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations - Minor renovation to update corridors and washrooms for accessibility and provide new finishes on the B1 and B2 levels for the existing School - University tenant (UBC) this existing Commercial Building (Building 2) on this site. Scope of work includes: alterations to remove corridor finishes, HVAC & lighting; install new plumbing fixtures, walls & doors - for a Gender Neutral washroom, update existing washroom, End of Trip Facilities, corridor, washroom, new lighting, power, HVAC, floor and ceiling finishes. Revision #1 (T. Tam / Dec 21, 2020) issued to increase the scope of work to include break rooms, office, classroom, lounge & AV room B2 and misc. mechanical & electrical changes. Revision #2 (R. Foster) issued July 19, 2021 to revise Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical plans for new rooms at B1 and B2 Level. Add Structural Scope of work, revised ASHRAE & Energy Checklist. Change the Contractor from Smith Brothers & Wilson to ETRO Construction. Revision #3 (R. Foster) issued Oct 27, 2021 to revise the Gender Neutral washroom layout and add entrance doors to all B2 level washrooms. OK For Field Review per R. Rattray and A.
