Scope of work includes: alterations to remove corridor finishes, HVAC & lighting; install new plumbing fixtures, walls & doors - for a Gender Neutral washroom, update existing washroom, End of Trip Facilities, corridor, washroom, new lighting, power, HVAC, floor and ceiling finishes. Revision #1 (T. Tam / Dec 21, 2020) issued to increase the scope of work to include break rooms, office, classroom, lounge & AV room B2 and misc. mechanical & electrical changes. Revision #2 (R. Foster) issued July 19, 2021 to revise Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical plans for new rooms at B1 and B2 Level. Add Structural Scope of work, revised ASHRAE & Energy Checklist. Change the Contractor from Smith Brothers & Wilson to ETRO Construction. Revision #3 (R.
