The Project will be connected to the existing Sherman Health Sciences Facility by walkways at Levels 1 and 2. Level 1 (basement) contain labs with restricted access that will be classified as a Group F, Division 3 major occupancy. Level 2 (first storey) will include consultation offices and meeting spaces.
