The work is comprised of removal of the existing deteriorated concrete columns and installing new concrete throughout entire height of columns above footing up to below column capital to the selected deteriorated columns. Existing steel reinforcement bards will remain and will be retrofitted with the new steel reinforcement bars where it is needed.
