Description

Certified Professional Program - New Building - Excavate and place shoring, and construct two levels of below grade parking with drain tile installation and a 5 storey building for manufacturing and offices. This is a permit for the "shell" building and future tenant improvement permits will be required. (1st & 2nd storey are interconnected). This is a CP Process permit for Bill May, CP (Protection Engineering) Stage 1: Excavation & Shoring. June 14, 2018 (B. Smith) Stage 2: Full Construction (shell building), Sept. 7, 2018 (B. Smith) REVISION #1: The ground and 2nd floor levels will be demised into two shell manufacturing suites via construction of a new 2 hour fire resistance rated demising wall. The West-side shell suite will have a new interior materials lift between the main and 2nd floor levels, new double door principle entry at W 8th Avenue, and a new rear door and exterior stair to the loading bay. The East-side shell suite shall have a new interior stair between the main and 2nd floor levels and a new window at the main floor front wall facing W 8th Avenue. Consultants` plans have been revised to incorporate these changes.
