Description
Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide improvements to this existing retail building for a new tenant in this existing commercial building on this site. Tenant: Mountain Warehouse Scope of work includes removing the existing stockroom wall, adding new fitting rooms, new ceiling fixtures and electrical work. NO exterior work in scope of work. *REVISION #1 - Mar 20/20 mk: Complete new set of plans submitted pages 1A to 24A (1 less than original set.) - Additional linear lights added to the sales area. - Relocation of the fitting rooms from back into sales area. - Cutting back the existing bulkhead at the storefront. - One exit sign removed on mezz. - Counter in BOH has a sink added - Moved the cash area. -EAS gates added. - Adjusted the location of the stockroom walss to align with the face of the mezz above. - Increase project value from $150,000 to $175,000. OK for field review as per Jamie Zhang, Jan.16/20 1. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. 2. Separate permit is required for new signage. 3. Occupancy permit is required for a new tenant.
